Very Bad Service

I had the worst and most traumatic experience. But didnt arrive at all. I called the offices there was no answer. I whatsapped they did not explain why the bus fid not arrive instead asked me to reschedule for the following day. So where was I expected to sleep with my son? I had to make booking to a BNB. This is so much inconvenience. Iam not happy at all, I will never recommend this company to anyone infact I need to be compensated for the expenses
