Very angry and unhappy customer

7 June 2024 Bus from Durban to Cape Town via idutuwa. The ETA to idutywa was 13:20 @ 15:28 we still stuck in umtata. I will never in my life use this bus service. I am more than disappointed at intercity the driver didn't give a **** about the customers what a poor service.
