Utter disgusting and dishonest business practice and poor service

If nonsense and utter disrespect had a face, Intercity Xpress would be it ..no empty no care and utter utter levels of dishonesty and disrespectful attitude, if any bus should be closed from operation it should be this ... 3 hours awaiting and not even an SMS saying anything or an apology I've been waiting for over an hour for management to responded and nothing...I have a 200 Rand parking ticket and growing...n no response
