Useless company

I wish I came here first for a review.. What a trash Mickie mouse company.. If i needed a cheap bus I would have got one and I would be happy with all that has happened. We booked a ticket from Pretoria to Durban and return.. From Pretoria we got a nice bus we passed by two station and when we got to Johannesburg station.. Nonsense started.. We were told to got of the bus and we changed with another.. The bus we got to was stinking.. The toilet was mess 🤮 I got separated seat with my partner.. On our was back same thing again.. Bus from Durban station was fine.. On our was we are told the bus is leaking water now we have to get into another bus which is another brand... An old bus hot as hell with no air conditioning.. Again separated with my partner.. Worst experience ever.. 1st and last time using Intercity and i will sure spread my experience with everyone. Useless
