Useless

I booked a ticket online for my sister's from Kimberly to Pretoria and it showed the time of departure will be 12:15pm during this time they also had a technical problem witch they did inform me of so when my sister went for the bus the time went from 12h15 pm to 12h15am so if they had a tacnical problem why dont they refund my money i will a never but never let any1 i know use this busses agn they just making money out of us if this was translux of intercape they would not do this knowing that they had a technical issue.
