The bus didn't arrive at our stop. The pick up time was 08h00am. 2hrs later myself and the other passenger waiting decide to call. The customer care agent informs us that our stop was canceled out of the route and the bas was not coming. We we both not inform and he proceeded to tell us that we will be only getting our refund 15-21 working days later and we should make alternative transport arrangements. I almost missed my flight.
