Unserviceable Eagle liner bus

I booked this intercity Xpress on the 26 February 2021 from Pretoria to Umtata, it arrived late we were told that in jouberg we gonna be changed into our bus because the one that took us in Pta was going to Port Elizabeth, I find myself at Eagle liner bus that is unserviceable reckless driving in between uMkhomazi and uMtata bus is weak cannot even climb the small steap we still travelling even now nobody whose talking to us the driver himself is quiet I regret the first place I booked this intercity Xpress.
