Unsatisfied customer

On the 06/10/2023 I bought a ticket for intercity express bus from joburg to durban,when i was about to depart the guy who was checking tickets told us that will be departing with a eagle liner bus,the bus they replaced the one was suppose to take was so uncomfortable for an 8 hour travel due to unadjusted seats,no toilet more like a local distance bus,the fees for a bus we requested differed with the one of the bus we travelled with,they replace a higher amount of bus more cheaper one and there was no refund for that and they didnt even bother to notify us customers until departure time the bus left later than the time it was suppose to leave,the departure time was suppose to be 22:15 but we left at 22:50.

The we departed all of a sudden we were taken to a place somewhere we dont know the bus was parked on the side of the road then all of a sudden then came someone to check our ticket again,which also delayed our trip to end up embarking at 08H30 instead of 06H30 and all along no one is explaining or informing us about all this things happening.I was totally unhappy because they showed no remorseand felt ****** by the time i got to my destination my legs were swollen because of that bus.
