Unsatisfactory Seating and smelling bus

Dear Intercity Team,

I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent bus journey from Johannesburg to Queenstown. I booked two seats, but unfortunately, our seats were allocated next to the toilet, which was unbearably smelling and made the journey extremely uncomfortable.

Given the booking details and expectations, I'd appreciate it if you could look into seat allocation and bus cleanliness to prevent similar experiences for future passengers.
