Unroadworthy passanger bus vehicle

Bad servuce from intercity as a whole, the do not value lives of passangers,On the 21st of March i travelled from Durban to Johannesburg with a bus that smell like a vomit and wipers were not working and it was raining heavily, how does their authorities allow a bus to travel such distance with no wipes when it was raining, i need department of transport to intervene and remove their services ASAP.
