unreliable, unhelpful service and communication

I have been trying to get a booking for a one way trip for 36 people inclusive of students and intercity express contact methods are just ridiculous. i ended up booking on line line but now i want to print the tickets and reservations , but the website does not allow me to view and print the reservation as per the ref number i was emailed after making the payment.

yesterday i spoke to a Patricia on their Whatsapp line who left me hanging and never came back to me. this is really frustrating ads how do i trust that the reservation is valid. i even sent an email and still no answer or assistance.
