Unreliable Service and Lack of Customer Care

Intercity Express has failed me twice. On 1 January 2025, their bus left me behind at the Fort Beaufort stop despite my efforts to communicate and reach the bus. The company showed no patience or understanding and is unwilling to refund me for the ticket (Ticket: STBJZ6D01). This is unacceptable, especially since I’ve faced repeated poor service. Customers deserve reliability and fair treatment, but Intercity Express falls short on both.
