Unprofessional ***s

I booked on Wednesday for a bus trip from Johannesburg to Durban which was supposedly to departure at 21:45, with no explanation from the bus attendees we waited 3 hours to be seen to, the supervisor was absolutely disrespectful and ill mannered when he address us about the delay and told us why were we complaining considering that we had made R 3 payments for our tickets

We then only got to be transported to a bus at none branded bus 00.00
