Unprofessional

I have got a very bad experience with InterCity Express I booked InterCity Express from eQonce/King William's Town to Bellville, in the morning the day I'm supposed to leave for Bellville. I got an Sms saying "kindly note that you'll be boarding an EAGLE LINER BUS,We apologize for any inconvenience" We had travel 14hrs to Western Cape with Eagle Liner that doesn't have air conditioning, the sits weren't even adjustable. Having paid R1100 I expected to get a better service from InterCity bus service
