Unhygienic

I used intercity express when coming home from Johannesburg 2 weeks ago, I took the last bus in the evening. The condition of the bus was atrocious! When I jumped in there was a strong stench of urine and I had not even gotten to the top of the stairs. Secondly, as I sat a ****roach ran across the isle which is disgusting and lastly we were told by the bus driver that we could not use the toilet at all because it is blocked and we only stopped once, making that the only opportunity to use the toilet. This was the first time I have used a bus when travelling and it was the worst experience of my entire life. I will never use intercity ever again and I will make sure that I let as many people as possible know about the poor quality.
