Unhappy customer

The service was horrible I spent 10 hours on the bus after a delay at the Durban Station we were put in the same bus with Eagle liner passengers and had to do other stops in which we were not informed about in which I find it total unfair. The bus toilet smells the bus itself is dirty I am not HAPPY AT ALL!!!
