Unhappy Customer

Worst customer service ever I tried to cancel the ticket in the 24-hour period, but their WhatsApp thing does not work to cancel the ticket, it was in the 24-hour period, but no one contacted me to assist - I think it's a strategy not to pay back your money, I will never use the bus service ever again I also will not refer any of my contacts to this bus service It is very unprofessional to say the least.
