UNHAPPY CLIENT!!!

I booked a bus from Richard's bay to Johannesburg the bus we use was Xpress transnat the most uncomfortable bus I ever used for long distance seat so uncomfortable, toilets cannot flush no communication from staff you will just see the bus standing people moving in and out, to top it all we were dropped pack station we had to carry our heavy bags even there nobody said anything we just saw people going out of the bus without any explanation.

I will never book this bus ever and I won't even advice friend and family to book it
