Unhappy client

This is the worst bus ever, I booked a bus which arrived an hour late, no explanation from the staff I told ended missing my flight at OR tambo, driver would stop to take smoke breaks, didn't even care that myself and other passengers had flights to catch. I ended missing the flight and had to pay R4000 for another flight ticket. Not even an apology from them the level of unprofessionalism is crazy.
