Unfair price of ticket, Disgruntled with the way the elderley are treated

I purchased 2 tickets traveling from pmBurg to jburg Edenvale. I was told the price of the tickets was R589 For my mum and I. We are both pensioners. I queried the price immediately as this price seemed a bit high for pensioners. Needles to say I paid the money On the day of departure the bus Was an hour late My mum of 90 years old was waiting from 10 0 clock With me. On arrival I was pleased with the conditions of the bus however on inquiry of passenger sitting next to me She paid a price of R170 from Durban to Parkstation Another passenger said she had paid R250 She boarded at Hibberdene to Midrand. I am disgruntled and angry with the difference in the price I paid as pensioners. Also needless to say due to the lateness of the trip we arrived when it was dark at the bus terminal Macdonalds Edenvale. The driver did not turn into the parking and made us alight in the street with our bags and cases. I hVe been traveling with this bus for many years. I am angry that my 90 year old mum with her walking aid was treated in this way. Thanks
