Uncouth Intercity bus service

The Intercity bus 21 September 2019 route JHB - DRBN 7am. The bus is filthy full and there's no air conditioning. when I asked as to why isn't the air conditioner switched on the driver with a ****y attitude simply rep**** that it isn't working without a valid reason and he showed no sign of interest to my complaint. I will never use your bus nor recommend the Intercity bus service.
