Uncertified customer in a filthy bus

Booked the bus for today (02/07/2024 For 22:00. We were told our bus is delaying, they were kind enough to let us board the 21:00 bus which also delayed cos it left Durban station at 21:55. Fine, we got to PMB and we were told to exit the bus and wait for the 22:00 Bus which was wayyy behind and stand in the cold outsid with no shelter, fine. Bus arrived at 23:13 and now we've been stuck at this Garage cos its only now that they realized that their patrol tanks are empty. Fine. They finished pumping at 23:35 and we're waiting for God knows what... Driver is not communicating with us. And another thing, the charging ports 80% of the bus charging ports ARE NOT WORKING, the laboratory is DIRTY, no dirty is an understatement, the toilet is a breading ground for UTI and all other diseases.... This bus is freezing hle Bathong. It doesn't smell clean. Imagine being stuck 8 hours in this thing😭 Jehovah, i want my money back, I'm not happy with the experience
