Unaceptable Services from intercity Xpress

Terrible experience with Intercity Express! Cancelled my trip 3, months ago and still waiting for my refund. Despite for my refund. Despite multiple WhatsApp messages and email, the have ignored me and left me hanging. Unprofessional and unacceptable customer service would NOT recommend.
