Unable to contact, rude drivers

I had the most horrible experience with intercity express.

I book my bus ticket for the 13th July 2023, on the day I was fleeing from my ex with two 3month old babies,

Got to the bus stop and saw my ex's friends, the taxi driver then said I could get on the bus in Port Shepstone so that I could be safe.

Got there 2hours before the bus would arrive, sitting there with two crying babies and having to do all my belongings,

I tried calling intercity express on the numbers on their website, not one was working.

Anyway a bus arrived and I was told it was not my bus and that my bus was still on its way, the next bus came, that driver was extremely rude to everyone. He said I missed my bus and left me in the middle of the night next to the road with my babies.

I the had to wait until 11pm for someone to come and fetch me.

They are refusing to give me any kind of refund.
