Un safe service that put the life of your family in danger

Well to start off we book the bus to Durban to bord from Midrand for safty reasons as i feel it is so unsafe to board in pretoria centrial. They send a mini bus to collect my wife and child and the other passengers to take them to JHB town witch is very un safe they then just leave everone there to wait for another bus that only arrives another hour late. They where only women and children left in a very un safe area in the middle of the night all alone. Amd to make it wores they then get put on a bus that belongs to another company that is lower class bus. I dont know how u pay for a service and thet get your hole famely lives put into danger.
