*****ulently Cancelled Ticket

Hi,

On Monday the 2nd, I enquired about refunding tickets. Subsequently 1 of 3 tickets was refunded to someone I don’t know and seems to me it was done internally.

I was extremely inconvenienced as I had to buy my sister another ticket. Spoke to Shukurani Mbwana last night at around 21:30 called from ***.

I’d like a copy of that call as I’d like to understand why a ticket can be cancelled without any security questions or contact person being called and also full refund for the ticket that was cancelled as that was not my fault.

Subsequent communications with a Tinstwalo who was extremely rude and seemingly the one who performed the *****ulent transaction, she should be investigated, (I'll send the comms) and I'd like to be now speak to supervisor or manager.
