HORRIBLE BUS SERVICE, HORRIBLE STAFF WITH NO CUSTOMER CARE OR INTEREST FOR PASSENGERS OR CLIENTS

I had booked a bus from Harrismith to Pretoria on the 29 December 2024 for 10:30, the day before I'm to travel I received an sms stating that my bus will now leave at 13:35 instead and they apologised for the inconvenience caused, so I had no problem and travelled from Phuthadjthaba (my hometown) to Montrose Shell, Harrismith). arriving an hour early as its aways encouraged to arrive 30min or an hour earlier. Only to find myself waiting for nearly 3 Hours for a bus that never showed. While waiting I kept calling and leaving whatsapp texts that went unanswered . Then decided to hitch- hike to Sasolburg as there was no alternative transport available and had to be at work the next day, then from Sasolburg to Pretoria. On the the 31 December 2024 I decided to go to Bosman, Intercity Xpress offices to be met with unfriendly staff and worse the offices smelled of sweat and feet, no air conditioning in those hot conditions, to lodge a complaint I was simply dismissed and told that my claim was at the head office, which was just a way of getting rid of me, in frustration I smashed my phone beyond repair and left. Again on the 4th of Jan 2025 I went to the same offices to follow up as I had no communication , via email or telephonically . I was much calmer with the hope of actually being assisted properly, but no I had to once again cause a seen and even went to the nearest police station where I wanted to be accompanied by police as I knew that my level of anger will lead me into doing something ******* and thereafter still nothing changed but was simply told to wait for 15 to 21 working days for a refund, but I am not willing to wait as this delay of the bus not pitching was not my fault so why cant i get my money and for additional costs and inconvenience.

so i have decided to take them to the small claims court for a resolution, next week.

I would never recommend this bus service to anyone....poor service is an understatement !!!!!1!!!
