Travelling from Port Shepstone to Plettenberg Bay 30/03/2025 time left Port Shepstone 8:25 It is now 14:51 bus has stopped once outside Port Shepstone for people to get something to eat and use the rest room. I don't think this is the right way to do things. We stopped in Mthatha now he was so rude and said there is no time to get out as the bus is running late. I understand circumstances but I don't understand rudeness. I personally will not use or recommend Intercity Xpress again. Very disappointed.
