Traveling horror

I used their bus to go to Durban last Friday 10/11/23. When we got to Durban they had lost my entire luggage. I tried to log a complaint but they are yet to get back to me or even acknowledge receiving a complaint. I can't even begin to tell you all that I lost in that bag
