Toxic, Hazzard

Left a young mother and six year old child stranded at the wrong bus terminal. The driver actually told them to get off there. No feed back from operations manager he is always too busy. Extremely dangerous what would have happened if the worst happened and what would have intercity response been. Totally irresponsible i fear for all the passengers who travel with this bus liner.
