Total *******

The bus was supposed to be here at 10:10am, we got a message earlier in the saying it'll be late. I wasn't worried because I thought it'll probably an hour. An hour later I contacted them they told me the bus should arrive in 3 hours. That's 4 hours of waiting. I asked about a possible refund so I can find an alternative transportation, they stopped responding. This bus service is total ******* and should be cancelled!
