This Bus Service Should Never Be Used

Two occasions has it happened that I had to miss this bus. Both times I called in. They don't try to help nor understand your situation and rather they push you into buying another ticket. Zero empathy. Poorly trained staff who would put an alley rat to shame with their shocking manners. Reading comments on here it is evident they shareholders and/or owners themselves couldn't give a damn what their often loyal clients go through. My family and I have used their services and even tolerated urine stenches,****roaches and former taxi drivers driving like maniacs but enough is enough. Not one hard earned sent will be spent just for convenience so that I can be dealt with as though I am ****. I will now gladly pay for Margate Mini Coach to Durban Station and catch a Greyhound. Will cost same amount but atleast there you can expect to be treated like a worthy human being.
