They Stole My Money!

I am appalled by the amount of emails, twitter tweets, facebook messages and calls I have had to do in the past month in order to get communication back about a refund that is due to me. As when Cyril changed lockdown to level 4 we were not entitled to travel for leisure into Gauteng, by which a cancellation had to be done. I am not getting any feedback, they have my details and they were quick to phone to get my money but ignore me FLAT OUT regarding giving it back! This company should completely shut down with how they operate because it's downright *****ING!!
