THE WORST BUS SERVICE AVAILABLE

We arrived at the Durban Station on 19 Dec. Bought 2ticket from Durban to Margate. The man that made out my ticket had a lazy, laid back attitude & it was as if I was bothering him. I asked for the earliest departure from the station. He printed the tickets & I paid. Trusting that they know what they're doing put the tickets in my bag. 16:10 no bus. Went to the office to find out if the bus was delayed. There another man informed me that my ticket was issued for 04:00 & that there would be space for us but that the bus will arrive at 16:30. So we waited. 16:30 no bus. Again to the office. They informed me that the bus has broken down & the other driver already on site refused to drive any further. We had to wait for the JHB to KZN. 18:15 the bus arrives. On the way back to JHB was a horrid experience. One of the passengers decided to do a nr 2. There was no water from the start. So now they carry on using the toilet. Every time the door opens the smell hits you. The driver pasted every garage & only stopped twice during the entire trip. My bladder was about to explode & had bladder infection when I got home. How do you start & end a vacation this way. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!
