The worst bus ever!

The most terrible bus service you can find,the bus was more then two hours late,I arrived 30minutes before the bus arrival time and ended up leaving after several attempts to call and find out where the bus is with no success,tried calling for a refund and they telling me the bus was only 20 minutes deplayed but that is not the truth and they refuse to help with the refund.Do not make use of this bus,they are the worst!!!!!!
