The worse services provided ever

Intercity express services are very very poor! The bus left from Cape Town and already had an problem! Right now we are stuck in the middle of nowhere its extremely hot there is no water, no food. From 4 am we sitting its its now 12 pm we have babies on the bus and elders. They dnt even communicate with us what is the plan, some pple have to still travel further. By this time they should have send another bus to transport. We call the help line they are useless, sound more irritated then anything else!!!! This is the worse services ever i mean come on how can a transport services not have an alternative plan for things like this!!!!!! I paid R 850 for this ****!!!
