The horrible experience with intercity bus

We are currently travelling with this bus to durban. It was late and there was no apology sent to us as passengers. The bus was supposed to leave Joburg @13:15 pm but the bus left @ 14:10 pm. This same bus was meant to arrive in Durban @ 20:15 pm but now we are stuck in Pietermaritzburg for the last hour. The whole team are not assisting us when call the office. They are very rude and lack customer service. The driver also has been **** too.

We are supposed to drive to and be pick up from the Durban station. No one wants to assist us. We have tried calling the office in the passed 40 minutes. Still there's no assistance.

The service is nonsense.
