terrible trip!

Firstly we were picked up by a bus that we didn't book, which was ok I guess because we eventually got on our booked bus. Secondly, your driver was playing music very loud and we were unable to sleep. Thirdly, your driver was driving like a maniac, speeding over every hump and pot hole, speeding on sharp corners and overtaking like a crazy person. Fourthly, your bus got stuck and we were forced to sleep on the side of a very cold road, resulting in some getting flu and missing work as also a result of the bus being stuck. Lastly, your driver was not giving us any updates and when asked what was happening, his responses were very rude and threatening towards the women that were demanding answers.

Just know I will be putting a very bad rating on Hello Peter and I would like there to be some sort of disciplinary action to the driver of bus no. 941, reg: LT58CW GP I don't know his name as he didn't have a tag and refused to give his name, when asked.

A refund would be great as well, because we made our means to get picked up from where the bus was stuck.
