Terrible Service Inter City express/Eagle Liner

Terrible service from this bus liner - I made a booking online and the booking timed out so I never received any bus tickets so I tried again and the same thing it timed out with an error - then I see R1600 has been reserved from my bank account so I phoned the call centre and was promised someone would call back - of course it never happened so I sent 2 emails which have never been responded to and I contacted my bank all to no avail the money ahs been taken and the tickets were never issued !!!! Really the worst service ever people working there do not know or care how to resolve customer issues but just a warning to anyone buying tickets online for this bus liner and eagle liner - don't do it you will get ****med!!!!! They are so quick to take money but no one ever got the tickets !!!
