Terrible Service

My daughter had a bus trip booked on Sunday night 19:45 to PMB, waited till 20:30 and no bus, 20:35 when we back home they only send a sms to appologise for delay, we must wait in the cold and rain for them, they refuse to refund me or change booking date, had me for 30min holding on the line to ask the driver how far he is and cuts my call after 30min and till now never called me back. R150 down the drain that easy. Till now no response from Intercity
