Terrible service

l booked an intercity Express Bus to travel from Park Station ( JHB) to Margate on the 7th August 2015.The bus arrived 1hr 15 minutes late and it was not lntercity Express it was some random white bus.No one had a decency to let us know that we will be using a hired bus.We left Johannesburg only to findout that the driver does not know South Coast.We had to got to Durban Station and we stayed for an hour from 4h57 till 06h05 no one explained anything to us.When l asked the owner of the hired coach because he was travelling with us,he said he is trying to get hold of some guy to give us a drive us to Soath Coast.When l asked him to update us since the passengers were complaining he said he cant.Eventually we were told to go and board an lntercity Express bus to South Coast.l arrived 3hrs late in Margate no one apologized for the inconvinience or anything.
