Terrible service
This is the worst service I’ve ever received I booked a bus for 18:30 departure on the 15th of December 2020 for mu family
I only found out this morning when I tried to cancel my ticket that the bus was booked for 12:45 PM and the customer service number just rings and doesn’t get answered.

23 Dec 2020, 08:25A week later and still no response. Not even a follow up call. Nobody answers the customer care numbers, they don’t even have a complaints emails address. This is the worst bus service ever! Do not book
