Terrible service!

I had a ticket booked for pietermaritzburg to Hibberdene. I waited for over two hours and when the bus finally came I was told I can't get on, the bus is broken and won't be going further than durban. Absolutely terrible customer service!! I was in constant communication with the customer care centre, which also only awnsered every 10th time I tried to phone, and they just kept telling me the bus will be there soon! I am outraged and will never use this useless, terrible, horrible bus service ever again!!
