Terrible Service

Firstly let me start by saying I am disgusted at the service that intercity provided.<br> <br> <br> When we arrived at Park Station on Wednesday night there was no sign showing were to go to check in for intercity, there was a delay and when we were checking in I asked the guy checking us in if there are toilets in the bus and he said yes. I was travelling with my two kids 9 and 10 years and had to stop them from drinking on the bus as there was no toilet. The bus that we went down with was terrible, seats were uncomfortable, air-con/ heater did not work, dirty and there was cold air coming in from the top of the bus.(Gauteng Coaches). Also the movie that was showed on the bus was R18 it had ***, violence, swearing and naked people I am shocked and disgusted as there was about 7 kids on board the bus. <br> <br> The cherry on the top was the bus breaking down and the driver said there was no petrol not sure if I should be shocked or say what do expect. We called the call centre and I was told Dikeledi would call me back today is the 07/04/2015 @ 7H43 and I am still waiting for Dikeledi.
