Terrible Intercity Xpress Bus Service

I had a terrible experience with Eagle Liner/ Intercity Xpress bus services. On two occasions I have booked the 03:15 bus from Aliwal North to Port Elizabeth. I waited 3+ hours before I left the station. They don't pitch and their lack of communication is unpleasant and frustrating . No consultant is available for their "24-hour" service and nor do they respond to their whatsapps. I would not recommend this bus to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient transportation.
