Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Almost two months waiting for a duplicate refund to be processed (which was immediately logged) due to "backlog" . No one on the phone has authority to escalate. They just keep on saying ,"check for refund next week, sorry". Pathetic to say the least.Using eft to refund instead of card. Shocking in this day and age with do many payment solutions available.
