TERRIBLE CONSULTANTS!!!

I booked a bus from Margate to Jhb. I got so lost looking for the bus stops! I called the consultants and they were nothing but rude, useless and uninformed. I drove around Margate looking for MSC Motors as it is their bus stop! No landmark was provided as the consultants were clueless. So MSC Motors was actually on an A4 WHITE BOARD opposite shell garage not caltex as the consultants had mentioned. I then travelled from Margate to next bus stop in Port Sheptone and I got more lost with the consultant on the phone...that was until she hung up. Basically, my bus fare was a donation to intercity . So disappointing. NEVER AGAIN!!! LESSON LEARNED!
