TAKING MONEY WITH EVERY MEANS NECESSARY.

What horrible experience, I bought a bus ticket from durban to JHB for the 15th of July, we were not informed that the bus were not operational but they took the money online anyway. Got to durban station only to find out that the are no busses after risking my life, ask for a refund and they said they will call me back, that was four days ago until today.
