Supposed long distance transport services

buses are not road worthy, there is no proffesionalism, one 6 hour trip takes 22hours. No communication from the bus service company, no communition even from the driver. Some of the drivers are utterly RUDE. not worth the trouble of paying money to these assholes. I took a baby on that death trip, where we ended up sick as dogs from the inconvinience and failure to keep the correct temperature in the bus after being stuck, twice, first time it took 3 hours to replace non roadworthy bus at park station, then the second bus got stuck at Wolmaranstad for 6and Half hours with no communication from any operator of the bus. This cost us our health, our time and most of all the medical fees involved and inconvinience. I want all my money back . The DEATH trip, THE MEDICAL costs and the compensation for the inconvenience
