Stupid Zulu bus drivers

It's the MOST WORST experience.....I've taken a trip from Johannesburg to Port Shepstone, date 24 July 2018, over night..FIRST AND FOREMOST......the bus was late by an hour and 20mins, a message was only sent to us..at 20:00 when the bus was suppose to departure at 2015....Now we are here.....at 11 O'clock pm...the music is so loud to the point that people are saying text me because I can't hear...I tried to put on earphones to try and barry the music but it's JUST WAY TOO LOUD... The heater is on full blast....It is a winters cold night but I can't even breath..I've asked the drivers to turn it down and back on but they refuse....I had to change my sit as I thought I could get a better chance of getting some air.... I'm a black person but I sometimes understand why white people think black drivers are the dumbest things to hit our earth.
